Hello! We are the Hillerbrand Family, owners of Blue Sky Meadows Farm located in the Jonesborough, TN.

We started farming more than 15 years ago on small piece of leased land in North Carolina. Before long, we were selling grass-fed lamb and fresh raw milk from our grass-fed dairy herd to the surrounding community! We also opened a small roadside stand, where we sold fresh ice-cream and customers could take a closer look at our livestock.

Five years later, life threw us a bit of a curveball and we lost our lease to housing development! After a long 5+ year search for a property to call our own, in spring 2021,  we purchase our current property and Blue Sky Meadows was born!

Since purchasing our property we’ve been working hard on establishing our farm’s infrastructure as well as increasing our livestock numbers, and we now sell grass finished beef as well as specialty cut flowers.
