Hello! We are the Hillerbrand family, owners of Blue Sky Meadows Farm, located in the Jonesborough, TN.

We started farming more than 13 years ago on small piece of leased land in North Carolina. Before long, we were selling grass-fed lamb and fresh raw milk, from our grass-fed dairy herd, to the surrounding community! We also opened a small roadside stand, where we sold fresh ice-cream and customers were able to take a closer look at our livestock.

Five years later, life threw us a bit of a curveball, and we lost our lease to development! Hence, we began  a long 5+ year search for a property to call our own. In spring 2021,  we were thrilled to finally find and purchase our current property, and Blue Sky Meadows was born!

Since purchasing our property we’ve been working hard on establishing our farm’s infrastructure as well as growing our livestock numbers, and we now sell grass fed and finished beef, as well as specialty cut flowers.

We are excited for the many ways our farm will grow in the next few years and we hope you will support our family as we continue our farming journey here in East Tennessee!
